The Full House · by Grandma Jo
Read the rules. Live them for ninety nights. See them every day.
Everything I kept from my grandmother's diary, made usable. The Other Side, the ninety-night journal; House Rules, seventy rules and a thirty-day practice; and twelve lock screens that put a rule in front of you all day. Ten minutes in the morning, five at night.
Grandma Jo is an AI character. The pages are very real.
A note from Jo
My dears, this is not a wish list.
Let me tell you what I've noticed about the people who make it to the other side. It isn't talent. It isn't luck. It certainly isn't volume — the loudest person in the room rarely owns it.
It's that they keep a handful of rules nobody ever taught the rest of us. They keep promises to themselves. They ask for the terms, not the discount. They guard their mornings like jewellery. They say less — and the room leans in.
Wealth is a habit long before it's a number.
Here is where most good people go wrong. They wait to feel ready. They start on Monday — every Monday — and by Thursday the old story is back in charge. Motivation, darling, is a guest. Rituals live in the house.
So I wrote the house rules down.
The Other Side is ninety days of them. Seven pillars — status, power, wealth, class, presence, time and legacy — one for each week. Each morning, ten minutes: what you're grateful for, your target written three times, who you are in the present tense, and the one move the person on the other side would make today. Each night, five minutes: the evidence, however small. Simple on purpose. Simple is what gets done.
What it won't do.
It will not make you rich. Anyone who promises a journal will make you rich is selling you something, and it isn't a journal. What it will do is stop the quiet leaks — of status, of time, of money, of self-respect — one page at a time, for ninety days. What you build with what you keep is up to you.
And yes, it costs less than two cocktails at a decent hotel bar. I priced it that way on purpose: I'd rather you start tonight than think about it for a month.

Why most people never get there
Three quiet leaks that keep good people on the wrong side.
None of them is a lack of intelligence. All of them are habits — which means all of them can be trained.
They chase the number, not the habit.
Wealth is a set of habits long before it's a balance. Fix the habits and the number finally has somewhere to go.
They're loud where they should be quiet.
Power isn't volume. Whoever raises their voice first has already lost the room. Composure is a skill — and skills can be practised.
They start on Monday. Every Monday.
Motivation expires by Thursday. A ritual doesn't need you to feel like it: same ten minutes, same page, every morning. That's the whole trick.
The method
Seven pillars. One page a morning.
Every week of the journal belongs to one pillar — weeks one to seven take them in order, weeks eight to thirteen take them again, and the second time you'll have evidence.
Morning: Gratitude · Target ×3 · I am · The move. Night: Evidence · Tomorrow · Carriage. Ten minutes, then five. Done before the world gets a vote.
How it works
Ten minutes before the world gets a vote. Five before sleep.

Look inside
A book you'll keep on the table — not a worksheet in a drawer.
Designed like a private edition: Bodoni and Caslon type, printer's rules, a proper table of contents. Print it on good paper, or write straight onto it on your tablet.

What's inside
Inside, you'll discover…
The one question to ask instead of “Can I get a discount?” — and why it quietly changes how people price you.
Why announcing your plans kills them, and what to announce instead.
The three-six-nine method: the old repetition trick that turns a target you want into a target you expect.
Scripting, done properly — present tense, embarrassingly specific — so your brain has something to aim at.
The “Carriage” line: a nightly 1–10 on how you carried yourself. The fastest status upgrade there is — and it costs nothing.
“Old story, new truth” — the page for the doubt that shows up at 11 p.m.
Cut & Acquire: a monthly board meeting of one — what you stop tolerating, what you start owning.
The ledger: every yes, every open door, dated. Your new balance sheet — the one nobody can argue with.
What to do when you miss a day — the only rule that matters (hint: never restart, never apologise).
Day ninety: a sealed letter from Jo, for the one who finished.
Be honest with yourself
This is not for everyone.
This is for you if
- You're done looking successful and ready to become it.
- You'd rather be quietly respected than loudly liked.
- You can give ten minutes a morning — before the phone.
- You like beautiful things, and you actually use them.
- You want standards, not slogans.
This is not for you if
- You want a get-rich-quick system.
- You need someone shouting at you to get out of bed.
- You collect journals you never open.
- You think manners are optional.
- You're looking for someone to blame.
From the other side
No borrowed applause. Yours will be among the first.
This house is new, and I won't dress it up with praise nobody gave. When readers review the books, their words appear here as written: stars, sentences and all. Until then, judge me by the notes below. They're free, and there's a new one every morning.

Questions
Before you ask
What exactly do I get?
A 154-page PDF journal, delivered to your email as soon as you check out. It's A4, designed to print beautifully at home or at a print shop — or to write on directly with any tablet app that annotates PDFs.
How long does it take each day?
About ten minutes in the morning and five at night. If you miss a day, you don't restart — you simply open the book again.
When do I get it?
Immediately. The download link lands in your inbox the moment your payment goes through — and it's on the order confirmation page too.
Is it for men or women?
Both. Status, power and wealth don't check your gender at the door.
Who is Grandma Jo?
Jo is an AI-created character — the voice of the brand. The books were written and designed by our team, in her voice. She doesn't exist; the rules work anyway.
Is this financial advice?
No. These are books about habits, manners and decisions. Nothing in them is financial, legal or investment advice.
What's the difference between the options?
The Journal is the ninety-day practice. House Rules is its companion: Jo's seventy laws, three rituals and a thirty-day programme. The lock screens put twelve of the rules on your phone. The Full House is all three together.
What if it's not for me?
Then you're covered by the Ninety-Day Promise above.
Ninety days from now you'll be ninety days older either way. The only question is whether you'll have ninety pages of evidence to show for it.
If you're the sort who reads the P.S. first — I like you already. Short version: seven pillars, one page a morning, less than the price of two cocktails. Start tonight.
